Our Demand Generation team has one mission: create pipe for our hungry sales teams. As Paid Marketing Manager, you will own pipe creation through paid channels for the FR market to speed up 360Learning growth.
Your objective is to create sales qualified opportunities by managing our paid channels, including:
- defining and monitoring budget
- creating ads
- optimizing conversion at every step of the funnel thanks to our experiment process
- following up with our BDR team to get some qualitative insights on your actions
Within 1 month, you will:
Experience a comprehensive onboarding that includes an insight to our teams, culture, and productOwn budget and performance for all our PPC channels in FR: SEM: Google Ads, Bing AdsPaid Social: LinkedIn AdsDirectories PPC: CapterraCreate your first marketing experiments to scale lead generation while being ROI efficientWithin 3 months, you will:
Be accountable for the business opportunities in FR and their cost on paid channelsDefine and execute your marketing experiment roadmap to scale our paid channels & improve every paid marketing touchpointPartner with FR BDRs to improve paid leads follow up and increase conversion rate to business opportunities on these leadsWithin 6 months, you will:
Collaborate with the rest of the FR marketing team (content team, events) to create more ambitious & complex campaignsFollow up on business opportunities with Sales Feed the Product Marketing team with business insights based on your campaigns results thus building your knowledge of the L&D industryWithin 12 months, you will
Convert the learnings from your marketing experiments on paid channels into strategic insights to build the FR marketing roadmapUnlock new paid acquisition channels to scale demand generation in FRThe Skills Set
Fluent French & EnglishStrong expertise with SEM (Google Ads) and Social (LinkedIn Ads and/or Facebook Ads)Min. 2 years with first-hand online campaign management experienceData-focus: you start with numbers.
