360Learning’s mid-term objective is to become the global leader of corporate learning. The Product team has the challenge of delivering a best-in-class experience and addressing all the use-cases of the corporate market. To fuel this ambition, our Product team is growing: from 10 last fall to 25 planned in the coming 12 months. To support this growth, we need to rely on Lead Product Managers who will enable the squads of their groups to deliver their vision, flawlessly. Lead Product Managers support 4 Product squads whose scopes are intertwined.
As a Lead Product Manager, you will:
Be the guarantor of a strong, ambitious, consistent 18+ months vision for your group:
- You will interact with a wide array of stakeholders (prospects, customers, Sales, Customer Success, Design, C-Level…) to continuously refine it.
- You will ensure that all that your group produces is a testament to this vision
Ensure consistency and collaboration across squads:
- Align objectives, practices, within your group and across the whole Product Team.
- Ensure alignment between your group and Product Marketing, Revenue teams and all stakeholders.
Coach Product Managers:
- Make them grow into excellent PMs
- Help them set and reach measurable and ambitious OKRs and targets
- Recruit new members of the group

Become the go-to person for the transversal projects of your group, from product vision to communication. Partner with other key stakeholders like the Product Directors, Product Marketing, Group Product Designers, Sales and Customer Success Leads. The Skill Set:
