Job description

360Learning is looking for a detail-oriented project manager with a flair for impactful marketing to join our Brand and Content team. 

The Integrated Campaign Manager will help drive our campaign strategy, plan, and execution across various marketing channels to drive brand awareness and pipeline growth.

This is a highly collaborative, cross-functional, and hands-on role for a marketer who is passionate about delivering campaigns that drive results. Our ideal candidate is an excellent communicator, has superb project management skills, and enjoys working across teams.

You’ll join a growing Brand & Content team of 16 other talented marketers and be coached by the Director of Brand & Content. Here’s an overview of the role:

- Manage our marketing campaign calendar: define the timeline, topics, and contributors with marketing leadership and maintain a 12-month roadmap

- Make sure the campaigns happen on time: drive end-to-end planning, coordinating, and execution of global campaigns, across multiple channels, including social, website, email, content, paid media, and more

- Coordinate the development and delivery of assets, to ensure campaigns progress smoothly and on time

- Make sure the campaigns are effective: measure and optimize the effectiveness and performance of marketing campaigns 

- Make sure everybody’s aligned and are aware: align stakeholders and task owners (from Demand Generation, Product Marketing, Website, Design, Content, to C-suites, and wider company)

- Opportunity to grow scope and influence by taking on press & PR management: manage our PR agency, announcements, and coordinate press releases and press opportunities 

Within 1 month, you will:

  • Experience a comprehensive onboarding that includes a deep dive into our teams, culture, and product
  • Understand our market and business needs, how different marketing teams work together, and current process in launching a campaign
  • Assist in a campaign launch
  • Work with the rest of the marketing team to define the campaigns calendar 
  • Within 3 months, you will:

  • Take over the ownership of the campaign calendar
  • Plan and execute your first marketing campaign with the rest of the marketing team
  • Define metrics and create reports to measure the success and impact of our campaigns efforts
  • Build a playbook for running campaigns of different tiers
  • Within 6 months, you will:

  • Plan and run campaigns and maintain a 12-month campaign roadmap
  • Measure the impact of our campaign and communication efforts through brand surveys 
  • Within 12 months, you will:

  • Establish 360Learning as the leader in Collaborative Learning and online learning
  • Prove that PR and campaigns are a key element to 360Learning’s growth with successful, repeatable campaigns and strategies

  • Get stuff done attitude
  • 5+ years of marketing,  or a minimum of 1-2 years in a lage Consulting & Strategy agency
  • Exceptional project management skills and detail-oriented, at ease with planning and executing multiple projects simultaneously
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills, comfortable presenting and working with internal and external stakeholders
  • Strong interpersonal, influencing and relationship-building skills
  • Fluent in English, bonus if you speak French
