As Sales Administrator, you play a decisive role in facilitating the Key Account Management’s team ability to grow 360Learning's business. As a key member of a 10-people team, you are in charge of easing the day-to-day sales administration work of the Key Account Managers.
Among other responsibilities, you will :
- Support Account Managers in preparing amendments/contracts
- Engage customers to accelerate 360Learning vendor referencement, invoicing process and payment recovery
- Collect and fill-out standardized paperwork for tenders (RFI/RFP)
- Ensure accuracy & availability of Salesforce data
You will report directly to the Head of Account Management.
At 360Learning, the KAM role is 100% sales oriented. Clean and smooth sales administration will help them perform better. Collaboration with the KAM, as well as legal, finance and Salesforce team will be instrumental to succeed in your role.
This role is a new position at 360Learning. Your fresh ideas and experience will help shape the role and continuously improve your impact within the team. Ensure accurate reporting of the activity with your coach to optimize the forecastBe proactive in order to improve business processesWithin 12 months, you will:
Be the go-to person for the KAMs, Finance and Legal for all matters related to Account Management Admin Have successfully implemented better tools & processes for the KAM team in cooperation with KAM leadership & Sales OpsThe Skills Set
