Yousign is a leading European SaaS player in the e-signature space, mainly active in France, Germany, and Italy. Having anticipated the shift towards paperless long before any European competitors, Yousign helps thousands of sales, purchasing, HR, legal, IT teams to digitalise and automate their contract processes.
Yousign seeks to support SMBs of various sectors through its easy-to-use electronic signature application. It also features a powerful API that is easy to integrate and facilitates adoption by smaller companies. The e-signature company aims to expand its product further up the value chain into document automation, approval management, and additional workflows.
Founded in 2013 by Luc Pallavidino and Antoine Louiset, Yousign has more than 10 000 customers, 3M+ monthly signers, 180+ employees, growing at a x2.5 rate YoY, making it the most performing e-signature scale-up in Europe.
After a successful seed round in 2019 with eFounders, one of the best SaaS seed investors in Europe, the company closed a $35M Series A round in 2021, led by Lead Edge Capital, a tier-1 US based growth investment firm (Algolia, Blablacar, Asana, TransferWise, Toast, …) to support its ambition of becoming the dominant European player in its category.

About Youtrust
Youtrust is a European Digital Trust provider, fully compliant with eIDAS and the highest European standards. Our four modules - electronic signatures, identity and document verification, and e-seals - can be used independently or combined within sector-specific workflows, ensuring simple, secure and legally compliant processes for SMEs and mid-sized companies. Hosted and processed entirely in Europe, we guarantee sovereignty, transparency and reliability. As a certified B-Corp, we combine innovation with responsibility - building trust at the heart of every digital exchange. We are entering a key moment as we expand from eSignature to the full Digital Trust chain.
Your Role
Youtrust is a ~200-person European scale-up on its way to €100M ARR. You join the People team as our sole HRBP, owning the full business-partnering scope. You raise our HR processes to the next level (talent, performance and salary reviews, HR steering, innovation) and support leaders and teams day to day through coaching, change and organizational design. You work in a small People team that bets on impact over headcount, where everyone owns a vertical and stretches to help the others.
Your Responsibilities
Act as a trusted business partner to leaders and managers: own the toughest people calls with them and shape how they handle difficult conversations, team reorgs and high-stakes decisions.
Own the talent, performance and salary review cycles end to end, including calibrations, and set the analytical standard behind People decisions.
Level up and harmonize HR processes and journeys, and lead People and cross-functional projects to a mid-market/enterprise standard.
Drive individual and collective coaching, transitions and career paths as a retention lever.
Bring solid Comp & Benefits and social-law judgement to people decisions, working with lateral partners like Payroll or Finance.
Build and run AI workflows and agents that sharpen People operations: analysis, reporting, steering and internal comms.
Your Profile
You have run HR business partnering as a true partner to leaders, not a support function, and you have owned talent, performance and salary review cycles end to end. You build HR processes from scratch and get managers to adopt them. You bring sound Comp & Benefits and social-law judgement, and you know when to involve lateral partners like Payroll or Finance. You use AI daily, generative and beyond, and build workflows or agents that others adopt. You have strong social and situational intelligence, you form accurate reads and make recommendations that hold up, and you stay steady when everything lands at once. You work with humility and a win-as-a-team spirit. You are fluent in English and French (C1); Spanish is a plus.
