Notre engagement :
Fabrication Made in France pour le marchĂ© local et Made in Poland pour lâinternational
Des matériaux écoresponsables
Des produits vendus au prix juste

We are looking for an Operations Business Analyst (Intern) to join our Ops squad in Paris for a 6-month end-of-studies internship starting in February 2027.
This is a pivotal moment for Work With Island. We have just gone live with Keel, our new ERP, after years on a robust but heavy legacy system. The tool is running, and the real work starts now: legacy and new ERP data still need to be reconciled, our Ops flows, automations and processes have to be rebuilt from scratch, and Supply Chain and Finance still need to be brought into the tool. You will be at the heart of this next phase, helping us stabilize Keel, integrate AI-driven automations and make it the backbone of our operations.
You will work closely with the Operations, Supply Chain and Finance teams, and to a lesser extent, with Marketing and Sales as the project evolves. You wonât just be using tools, you will be building the future operating system of the company.
Your core objective is to stabilize our Operations on our new ERP, consolidate existing and new data to produce reliable analyses, and rebuild scalable, automated workflows from the ground up.
Reporting to Ophélie, your goal is to bridge the gap between technical tools and operational excellence. You will ensure that our data is flawless, our processes are automated, and our teams are perfectly trained on our new systems.
As a key driver of our digital transformation, your mission involves:
Ramp-Up & Testing: Support the ramp-up of Keel, our new ERP: lead testing phases and training sessions, analyze results, and handle debugging in collaboration with ERP developers.
Support: Support the Operations team in adopting the tool by acting as the âgo-toâ person during their day-to-day work.
Data Integrity & Reconciliation: Clean, update, and ensure the reliability of our data (purchase prices, bill of materials (BOMs), items) across Keel, our CRM (HubSpot) and Notion. Reconcile legacy ERP data with the new system so that everything converges into one reliable source of truth.
KPI Management: Improve our tracking systems and share actionable insights to help the leadership team make data-driven decisions.
Performance Optimization: Produce analyses to identify bottlenecks in our current supply chain and production flows.
Workshop Animation: Collect needs from internal teams, identify âpain points,â and propose digital solutions (automation, simplification, AI integration).
Documentation: Write clear tutorials and âPlaybooksâ and train teams to ensure smooth adoption of new practices.
Customer Experience: Contribute to improving our after-sales service (SAV) and customer satisfaction through better tool integration and automation.
Finally, you will also have the opportunity to contribute to various cross-functional projects depending on business needs and emerging opportunities.
đ° Stipend: Competitive internship allowance based on your academic level

đ Final-year student (M2) from an Engineering School, Business School, or University with a strong interest in Operations/Supply Chain.
â Knowledge of logistics or production would be a real plus: a business-oriented profile who has already used an ERP (or is familiar with one).
âïž You have a natural affinity for digital tools. Experience or knowledge of ERP systems is a huge plus. Familiarity with Excel, Slack, Notion, HubSpot, or Looker Studio is highly valued.
đ§ You love manipulating data to draw concrete conclusions. You are rigorous, organized, and proactive.
đŁïž Fluent French is mandatory. A good command of English is required for daily collaboration and technical documentation.
