Talent Acquisition Partner RVU

Hybrid: 2 days per week in our Tower Bridge office (Tuesdays & Thursdays)

About RVU

RVU owns Uswitch, Confused.com, money.co.uk and Mojo Mortgages. Millions of people use our brands every year to compare energy, insurance, broadband, mortgages and other household costs, and switch to a better deal.

We run with the pace of a startup and the resources of an established business. That combination is what lets us keep building products that change how people manage their money.

The role

You'll own recruitment for our go to market functions, including marketing, sales, commercial, partnerships and growth, across RVU's brands.

This is a hands on, full cycle role. You'll work directly with hiring managers to understand what they need, build pipelines yourself rather than waiting for applications to land, and run a hiring process that's fast, fair and consistent.

Key Responsibilities

• Owning end to end recruitment for GTM roles, from briefing through to offer
• Partnering with hiring managers and leaders to define what good looks like for each role, and holding them to it
• Sourcing candidates directly, rather than relying on inbound applications or agencies
• Running structured interview processes that give candidates a fair, consistent experience
• Tracking your own hiring metrics, including time to hire and pipeline conversion, and using them to improve how you work
• Building our reputation with GTM talent through better candidate experience, content and events
• Own and deliver early careers hiring at RVU

Skills, Knowledge and Expertise

• Recruitment experience, in an agency, RPO or in-house team, hiring for marketing, sales or commercial roles
• A track record of sourcing candidates directly rather than waiting for them to apply
• The ability to manage several open roles at once, with shifting priorities
• Confidence to challenge hiring managers when their brief, timeline or process needs it

You don’t need to tick off everything on this list - so don’t let that hold you back from applying. We want to make sure you’re learning plenty during your time with us!
