Ecosystem Revenue Platform for enhanced AI data context.
About Sharework
We believe that businesses will collaborate more and more in the years to come and we want to be the place where companies can securely connect and exchange business data. Launched in 2019, Sharework is a SaaS platform (sharework.co) enabling partner companies to share CRM data to build efficient business partnerships.
Our co-founders already had a first successful start-up adventure together (Multiposting, sold to SAP in 2015), and want to go even further with Sharework! We’re backed by top-tier VCs (Localglobe, Ventech, Kima, Kernel) and just raised a 3m€ Seed round.
Software Engineer Intern - Crossbeam Ventures (Pace)

About Crossbeam
The highest-performing go-to-market teams have figured out how to turn their partner ecosystem into a revenue engine, and Crossbeam is the platform that makes that possible. Companies use Crossbeam to securely compare CRM data with partners, revealing shared customers, overlapping prospects, and warm paths into deals.
That second-party data becomes Ecosystem Intelligence — a layer of unique signals and recommendations that helps revenue teams uncover new opportunities, target the right accounts, and win faster. We pioneered the category of ecosystem-led growth, and now we’re defining what comes next: go-to-market powered by AI-native ecosystem intelligence.
About Crossbeam Ventures
Beyond our core platform, Crossbeam incubates new products built from scratch by small, autonomous teams operating like early-stage startups inside the company. These ventures move fast, ship daily, and are built AI-native from day one. Two products are currently in active development:
Pace is an AI sales performance platform. It connects to CRMs (Salesforce, HubSpot), email, Slack, and call recording tools to give sales teams AI agents that assess deal health, evaluate forecasts, draft personalized emails, and automate daily workflows — turning scattered go-to-market data into decisions and actions.
Trace is a company intelligence platform that maps what any company runs (tech stack), who they partner with, and who they’re hiring — built natively for AI agents and modern go-to-market teams, accessible via API, MCP, and a web app.
You’ll join the Ventures team and contribute to one of these products — Pace or Trace — depending on where your skills and our needs align best.
About the Role
As a Software Engineer Intern, you’ll work directly with the founding team of Pace and Trace and own real features end to end — from design to production. You’ll build AI agents, integrations, and product features that ship to real users within days. You’ll get a rare inside view of what building a product from zero looks like, with the resources and ambition of a scaling company behind you.
📅 Start date: March 22nd, 2027 - 6 months internship
What you’ll do:
Design and ship product features across the stack (Python, FastAPI, Langgraph, PostgreSQL, Temporal, Pinecone)
Build and improve AI agents powered by Claude and LangGraph — reasoning over messy real-world data to produce useful, reliable output
Develop integrations with the tools sales teams live in: Salesforce, HubSpot, Gmail, Slack, and call recording platforms like Gong
Use AI tools (Claude Code and others) every day to amplify what you can build and how fast you can ship
Take part in product discussions: you’ll have a real voice in what we build and why
Solid programming fundamentals, ideally in Python (TypeScript or another language is fine if you learn fast)
Genuine curiosity about LLMs and AI agents — you’ve built something with them, even a side project
Final-year student or second half of a gap year
Fluency in English (French is a plus); based in Paris and able to work from our Paris office
You’ll do great if you:
Take ownership without waiting for permission.
Ask “what’s actually needed?” instead of defaulting to precedent.
Use AI as leverage to clarify thinking, improve communication, synthesize information, and accelerate execution.
Actively seek out and act on feedback to raise your own bar.
Dig until you understand the real problem, not just the surface request.
Make those around you more effective.
The journey starts with a first interview with the HR Generalist (30 min)
Then a conversation with Antoine, your future manager, to dive into the role, the team, and your experience (30 min)
This will be followed by a take-home case study to assess your practical skills
Finally, a debrief of your case study with the team (1 hour)
