✨ The most exciting parts

• You’ll be part of our international development 🚀 Being part of a team fully dedicated to the international markets, you will have a high impact on Figures’s success, and you will be able to grow with the company.

• You’ll build on a solid basis 🔥 Our international presence has been spreading over the past 2 years, and we have a great brand, strong traction, and already exciting logos. With the new EU Pay Transparency Directive coming into effect, companies have to rethink how they approach compensation. Figures is uniquely placed to capitalize on the opportunity.

• Strong ownership, quick personal growth & huge (positive) impact 🙌 Our company’s early stage offers lots of responsibilities and opportunities to learn & grow. You’ll work closely with our Sales team and CEO, and you’ll have high ownership of your scope. We also strongly believe in the social impact of Figures - creating transparency & fairness around compensation and reducing market inequalities like the gender pay gap (check out this Sifted article, powered by Figures).

• Great teammates & work environment 🙏🏽 We take our “Why so serious?” value seriously, offer a ton of flexibility, and work a 9-day-fortnight.

• Taking risks means high rewards 🤑 Your equity grant will have a big potential financial upside.

🛠️ Your role

• You’ll be an Account Executive fully dedicated to the international segment (mostly in EMEA, with the UK & Germany as the main markets). That said, you may work on French accounts when needed.

• You will focus on acquiring Mid-Market & enterprise companies (2000+ employees), selling our full platform.

• Full sales cycle: due to the team’s structure, you will be responsible for prospecting and closing new clients.

• You’ll work in collaboration with Virgile (CEO),Chloé (Sales Manager), and the whole sales team (1 account manager, 4 other Account Executives).

• Team: liaise with the CSM team to ensure a smooth onboarding process for our clients.

• Product roadmap: you’ll leverage clients’ feedback to suggest new product features. You’ll identify customer needs and work closely with the product team to add them to our roadmap.
