Ever wondered what happens in the room right before a major tech acquisition gets the green light? That’s where we work.
We started in 2020 as Software Club: a small team with a big conviction that a slide deck isn’t proof a company is actually worth what it says it’s worth. Today, Dedale is 250+ people spread across Paris, New York, Cebu, Ho Chi Minh, Lisbon, Madrid and more (the coffee queue has grown accordingly), and the work has scaled right alongside us: 62,000+ tech companies investigated, 500+ markets covered, and 2,000+ clients who keep coming back instead of guessing.
Here’s the part we’re actually proud of: how that research gets made. Every sector we cover has someone in-house who lives in that world and knows it cold, not a generalist skimming ten markets at once, and instead of recycling public data, we talk to the people who actually ran these companies: 20,000+ former CEOs, VPs, and operators, in structured interviews checked and double-checked before they reach a client.
We work two ways: Platform means ongoing access to everything we know, updated constantly. Advisory means we get called in for one high-stakes moment, running full CDD (commercial due diligence, if the acronym’s new to you) on a deal that’s about to close, fast. Same team, same obsession with getting it right.
If any of that sounds like a world you’d want a front-row seat to, dedale.com is a good place to start looking around.
