You will work closely with colleagues in The People Team, Benefits and Finance, as well as business stakeholders around the world, in a collaborative, international environment. ·       Acting as primary contact for payroll queries from employees, the business, tax authorities, pension and other statutory benefits providers and payroll providers

·       Delivering month-end payroll reports to Finance and supporting the Accounting team with reconciliations and audit requests

·       Supporting continuous improvement of payroll processes, with a strong focus on controls, documentation and audit readiness, and contributing to the Global Payroll Transformation Project

·       Maintaining internal documentation for shared knowledge databases and fostering close collaboration with The People Team, Finance and all stakeholders

Qualifications

·       5+ years of experience processing EMEA payroll, with sound knowledge of legislation, social security regulations, collective-bargaining provisions and benefits regulations
