The Team

A&M Digital and Technology Services EMEA is a dynamic and fast-growing practice that combines IT M&A advisory, Data and AI consulting, and digitally enabled performance improvement and transformation for private equity and corporate clients. We have evolved digital into a proposition built on a deep technology foundation combined with data and analytics, customer and workforce experience, digital strategy, sales and marketing, and new digital business models—strongly complementing our turnaround, results-driven heritage. We help transform the performance of companies facing, or at risk of, digital disruption and provide practical guidance on how every aspect of a business can be digitally enabled sustainably and at scale.

Within the Business Technology pillar, we partner with Private Equity funds, Corporates, and Financial Services clients across Europe and internationally to:

• Carry out effective technology and product due diligence pre-deal.
• Support integration and separation through the deal lifecycle until TSA exit.
• Create value in private equity portfolio companies by improving performance and output while reducing costs.

We frequently collaborate across disciplines and coordinate closely with other A&M practices such as Private Equity Performance Improvement, Corporate Transactions, Restructuring, and Financial Due Diligence.
