Your Role

You will be responsible for conducting in-depth research, analyzing data, and providing insights to support key business decisions. You will work closely with the different teams to evaluate market dynamics, competitive landscapes, and customer needs. Additionally, you will assist in the development of business cases, strategic plans, and performance tracking metrics. In the context of post-merger integration projects related to upcoming acquisitions, you will collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless integration and maximize synergies.

Finally, you will work on corporate strategy, launching and implementing strategic initiatives, and measuring their impact.

Acting as an internal consultant, assisting teams in improving processes and increasing efficiency this role also requires strong project management skills and the ability to effectively report on project progress and outcomes.

Key missions

What we're looking for

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Business Administration, Economics, or a related field.
• Experience in Strategy Consulting firms (min 1 year)
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a keen attention to detail.
• Proficiency in data analysis and using tools such as Excel, SQL, or Tableau.
• Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
• Experience in project management and post-merger integration is preferred.
