About your role as "Administrative Office Assistant"

Provide administrative support to employees and coordinate exchanges with

the various supports (HR, finance, legal, etc.);

Ensure the interface with all internal and external interlocutors;

Ensure the administration and assist the teams in the accomplishment of their

daily tasks;

Actively participate in internal communication within the company;

Manage the organization of events and trainings, and ensure their good

unfolding;

Ensure the management of supplies of material resources and supplies of

desk;

Organize the logistics of meetings, business trips and

missions (reservation of the venue, maintenance of the list of participants, etc.)

Write, distribute, classify and archive various documents (report, minutes, note

of service, contract, mail, …)

Manage expenses and expense reports. Maintain and communicate a table of

monitoring board of the various expenses;

Live and transmit the values ​​of the company.

About your Experience

  • BAC +2 (BTS Executive Assistant) with a minimum experience of 4 to 5 years on
  • similar functions;

  • Have good communication skills;
  • Good writing skills;
  • Dynamism, organization and sense of responsibility;
  • Sense of discretion and confidentiality;
  • Spirit of initiative and autonomy;
  • Good command of office tools (Excel, Outlook, Word, Power Point);
  • Fluency in English is essential.
