As a Channel Manager, you will help us to develop the Channel team and to grow our business together with new partners. As part of the Channel Business team, you will contribute to define the Channel strategy and be responsible for the partners at your assigned marker. You will directly report to our Channel Business Lead and work closely with other circles of the company (e.g. Enterprise Business team).

What you will be tasked to do:

Manage and expand partner network:

  • You will be in charge of recruiting and expand the existing partner network and daily work with them to identify key sales opportunities, review sales proposals and conduct joint presentations to partner customers.
  • You will develop partner-specific sales and marketing plans supporting their selling efforts in an efficient and proactive manner.
  • If needed, you will resolve partner related issues and sales conflicts quickly and professionally and ensure partner compliance with Apiax partner program.

Support Apiax Sales Growth:

  • You will make sure your efforts on Apiax Partner Program are contributing to sales development by liaising with Apiax Enterprise Sales Representatives for joint opportunities and keeping partner sales pipeline and internal tools up to date.

Monitor, report and adapt Channels strategy:

  • You will put in place the right kpis to ensure your strategy is meeting assigned targets for profitable sales volume and strategic objectives.
  • You will provide feedback to Apiax management on market trends, competitive threats, unmet needs, and opportunities to deliver greater value to customers by extending Apiax’ offerings.
  • You will proactively lead a joint planning process that develops mutual performance objectives, financial targets and critical milestones.

Požadavky na pozici

Requirements:

  • Native French is mandatory
  • Excellent command of English
  • Previous experience in a multi-tiered sales organisation, ideally Channel Manager in a SaaS company
  • A passion for technology and a sales DNA/sales-driven profile
  • Excellent negotiation skills
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Creativity and entrepreneurship - a self-starter, with ability to build, develop and execute creative ideas in a young company that gives you the opportunity to do so
  • Financial Services, Consulting, Implementation Channel knowledge is a big plus
  • Experience with legal compliance is a big plus
