As a Sales Account Executive at Welcome to the Jungle, you will be in charge of developing Welcome to the Jungle products ecosytem with companies in France & EMEA especially Welcome to the Jungle : company’s showcase including content production, unlimited job offer publication and access to our SaaS product Welcome Kit

Reporting directly to the Sales Team Leader Seeds / Growth, you will mainly be responsible for :

  • Managing a pipeline of inbound and outbound leads prequalified by our SDR team to identify, engage, and develop relationships with potential buyers
  • Owning every step of the sales opportunity life cycle : determine the client’s needs, demonstrate WTTJ’s benefits, and guide the client through the purchasing steps to close the sale
  • Conducting live product demonstrations over the phone, via webinar and face to face with inbound and outbound prospects
  • Closing deals to hit both individual and team targets
  • Leading and contributing to team projects to develop and refine our sales process

Požadavky na pozici

There is no typical profile at Welcome to the Jungle, we all come from different backgrounds and that is our strength!

We invite you to apply if you are motivated and interested in employment environment and if :

  • You have minimum 2-3 years of experience as a sales / business developer / account executive in digital and B2B industry
  • You are an adept salesperson, capable of engaging in business-level and technical conversations at multiple levels of the organization, including C-Level
  • You have experience working either growth, mid market or enterprise companies. You have an in-depth understanding of the buyer journey and can lead a multi-party sale in a consultative manner
  • You have interest in media, communication and work industry in general
  • You have superior verbal and written communication skills in french and english
  • You are optimistic, organized and you enjoy working with a team
  • You can adapt to fast-paced environment
