As a talented and inspiring Paid Acquisition Manager, you will report directly into our Head of Growth Marketing and be responsible for leading our B2B outbound lead generation strategy.

You will work closely with our business, operations, tech and product teams to expand our customer and user base and build a highly engaged audience.

Here’s a snapshot of your future responsibilities:

  • Define, lead and execute B2B paid acquisition strategy, leveraging key channels (social, programmatic, SEM, etc.)
  • Optimise the onsite lead conversion funnel (AB testing, copywriting, UX, etc.)
  • Contribute to the overall lead scoring and nurturing strategy
  • Contribute to the benchmark, selection and implementation of critical technical tools to support your strategy
  • Track and report on your growth KPIs while managing your budget efficiently

Požadavky na pozici

Our Paid Acquisition Manager would be someone with:

  • Proven experience (6+ years) in a similar role in fast-paced, Saas or digital environments
  • Proven experience in leveraging a wide range of paid channels to generate leads (social, programmatic, SEM)
  • Proven experience in building attribution models and optimising the conversion funnel according to data & objectives
  • Excellent communication skills , especially in English
  • A strong interest into data monitoring and analysis

In addition, the Paid Acquisition Manager would have to present the following qualities and mindset:

  • Data-driven, clear and straight to the point
  • Organized and structured
  • Ability to navigate ambiguity and thrive in a fast-moving company
