As a Product Manager, you will be instrumental in defining the product vision, prioritizing product & customer requirements, and working closely with engineering, in order to deliver outstanding products to Vulog’s clients.
 

What you’ll do:

• Define the success drivers strategy and problems to solve, in collaboration with the Product Director,
• Set the KPIs that will define the success of the products,
• Translate product strategy into detailed requirements for prototype construction and final product development by the scrum teams,
• Create product strategy documents that describe business cases, high-level use cases, technical requirements, revenue and ROI,
• Collaborate closely with engineering, production, marketing and sales teams on the development, QA, release of products, and balance of resources to ensure success for the entire organization,
• Design solutions of collaboration with the product team,
• Own your team roadmap, build solutions and own the outcome,
• Be a strong partner for other product teams.

Who you are:

• You can demonstrate a significant experience in a product organization,
• You have experience working with KPIs and OKRs,
• You are able to coordinate and work with multidisciplinary stakeholders: you possess project management and critical thinking skills, you are down-to-earth and a fast learner,
• You demonstrate a strong product sense,
• You have excellent communication skills but you also enjoy sharing and learning from others,
• You are organized, results driven and you are able to prioritize in a fast changing environment,
• You are fluent in English (French not compulsory).
