As an Associate Design Director you will assist the Design Director in reaching the design objectives set out for the internal and co dev game projects.
You will also participate in the management of the game design team composed of 15+ talented Game Designers.

Responsibilities
• Participate to setting up the design objectives and contribute in reaching them;
• Monitor and give feedback to the game designers about their tasks and performances;
• Support the studio’s creative vision through the co dev and internal creative projects;
• Contribute to a positive work environment that allows each game designer to progress within their field;
• Define the design needs for co dev projects and participate to creative proposals;

Qualifications
• Graduated from Game Design or Gameplay Programming school or relevant;
• +5 years in the video game industry;
• Experience leading design team;
• Excellent communicator (spoken and written);
• Ability to work within a multidisciplinary team.
