Vestiaire Collective is looking for a Senior Analyst dedicated to the Growth Team

About The Role

As part of the Growth team, partnering with the Head of Engagement and Chief Growth Officer, you will be responsible for monitoring and steering the performance of key traffic metrics.

What you will do:

Planning | Act as the owner of target setting within the growth team

  • Define the targets for different channels within the growth team, collaborating with business performance, region heads and marketing teams
  • Define framework to better monitor impact, opportunities (churn, reactivation etc.)
  • Provide the right tools and processes, to collect commercial teams insights and consolidate the output smoothly.

Steering | Act as the gatekeeper of plan achievement

  • Own monitoring of key traffic KPIs, highlight drivers explaining variations of performance, rise alerts and identify opportunities
  • Measure the effect of key initiatives and key levers on channels
  • Consistently monitor deviations from the plan / targets
  • Own deep dives to support channel owners and business teams to understand and activate traffic drivers

Preferred experience

  • 3+ years of experience in a similar role in an e-commerce company

  • Strong analytical skills:
    Leverage large scale data, ensure data accuracy and pay attention to details
    Proficiency with Excel, SQL & dashboarding tools

  • Soft Skills :
    Good team work and experience collaborating across functions
    Open-minded and curious mindset, with the ability to turn trends and observations into strategic frameworks and actionable insights
    Good writing and presentation skills, proven experience with producing analyses and recommendations to influence business direction
    Determined and resilient under pressure and on a fast pace environment

  • Fluent in English (working language is English), French is a plus
