Subject-matter experts and facilitators have two main roles:

1. To build professional training courses in very close cooperation with our training design team.
2. To deliver remote training courses that help our learners develop new skills.

Here are some details on these two roles :

Training design is carried out through several stages.
The first step is to agree on the learning path with one or several members of the training design team. Once this is done, you will start creating the different training resources used on the platform (scripts for our videos and podcasts, articles, assessments, exercises, online workshop content…). We’ll work with one obsession in mind: **ensure our learners put their new skills into practice**! Our learners should be able to use every piece of training content in their own work environment.

Once the design is complete, training sessions are planned. This is where you’ll start supporting our course participants, answering their questions on our training platform and keeping them motivated. Your key objective here is to make sure they progress towards their goals and develop news skills. During the online workshops, you guide them through the planned activities to allow them to put their knowledge into practice.
