Project Manager for project & process management

What will you do?

• Development and maintenance of project management
• Promotion of project management culture
• Creation and maintenance of tools for project management
• Development and maintenance of process management
• Development and maintenance of change management process
• Leading and coordination of strategic projects
• Leading and coordination of process unification/optimization projects
• Assistance to stakeholders with definition of scope and goals of projects and their feasibility
• Creation and maintenance of comprehensive project documentation
• Reporting and appropriate escalation to project stakeholders as needed, management of relationships with project stakeholders
• Use and continual development of leadership skills

What should you know and have?

• Proven working experience in project/process/change management
• Excellent communication skills and ability to build relationships with project stakeholders and other business partners
• Ability to handle high exposure to the senior management of the Unipetrol / PKN ORLEN group and intensive communication with the project sponsors and business owners
• Strong presentation skills
• Strong analytical skills and ability to think in broader perspective
• Solid organizational skills and systematic approach to work with focus on problem-solving
• Working knowledge of MS Excel and MS PowerPoint (MS Project is a plus)
• Fluent in English (both written and spoken); and fluent in Czech (both written and spoken)
• University degree
• Certification of Project Management Professional (PMP) or PRINCE2, Lean Six Sigma, BPMN 2.0 is a plus
• Working experience in international environment is a plus
• Candidates with experience from business consulting, business administration, financial advisory, corporate finance, strategic advisory, business controlling, performance improvement or oil & gas & chemicals industry are preferred
