WHAT WILL YOU DO?

• Performing internal audit engagements within Unipetrol Group
• Working closely with an internal audit team, BoD and all business directors and managers
• Participation in the preparation of annual audit plans
• Providing advice during the audit
• Documenting the findings in the audit file and the audit report
• Giving incentives for internal audit methodology revision
• Monitoring of performance and implementation of audit recommendations

WHAT SHOULD YOU KNOW AND HAVE?

• 3-5 years relevant experience
• Big 4 (or similar) background preferred
• Experience in internal auditing an advantage
• Excellent understanding of operational review, business process and internal controls
• Strong analytical skills, ability to link numbers with business issues
• Strong ability to work in a team, optimism and positive attitude
• High professional standards / on-time delivery
• Good communication and interpersonal skills
• Knowledge of COSO, ERM, SAP an advantage
• Fluency in English and in Czech necessary
• Driving licence – active driver (travelling to other locations of Unipetrol Group within the Czech Republic is required)
