Bring your data analytics expertise to UniCredit, become a part of a brand-new team and spearhead our digital transformation! Our plan is to build a new, Digital Bank to shift sales from physical to remote channels and we are looking for an experienced data analyst to path the way.

In this role, you will…

• Set up CRM analytics based on a new data infrastructure
• Implement links between the new digital front-end client platform and the bank’s CRM system
• Design and implement priority elements of the new omnichannel commercial approach for cross-selling and acquisition
• Help us build a more efficient, pro-active and qualified call center with real time client follow-ups
• Cooperate with colleagues from our Retail Division to step up our digital marketing

As our ideal candidate, you…

• Have minimum 2 years’ experience from a similar role
• Understand data structures and have experience extracting data from various sources
• Have used data analytics to identify and resolve process improvements and issues
• Are experienced in management reporting (dashboards)
• Have worked with click stream data, have used location-based data in client profiling and understand voice to text data and associated analytics
• Understand using machine learning modelling techniques to address business challenges
• Program in R and/or Python
• Are fluent in English
