In view of these ambitious goals, we have decided to open a Talent Acquisition Intern position in our People team !

Trustpair is growing fast. So as the TAM team ! As of today, we’re a team of five people and we’ll be more than happy to welcome new faces to work with us on very exciting projects ! 👩‍💻 🧑🏻‍💻 👩🏽‍💻 👨🏾‍💻 🧑🏿‍💻

You will have a leadership and ownership on coordinating, streamlining and improving our recruitment process.
You’ll be a real ⚡️ Business Partner ⚡️ for our Hiring Managers, you’ll help them to recruit the best people for their teams and ensure a great candidate experience. 🔥

We don’t want the recruitment process to be a boring, painful time for people, we don’t want you to think that you’re here only to staff positions and execute.

We’d like to build a real experience, kind of adventure, learn from all each other, challenge everybody and have a great moment during all process ! ✨✨✨✨

Some of challenges you’ll work on :

⚡️ Hunting A-Players ;

⚡️ Evaluate candidates during the screening interview ;

⚡️ Update and track metrics on our ATS (Recruitee) ;
⚡️ Ensure the best possible candidate experience

Požadavky na pozici

  • Last year of High School ;
  • First experience in a similar position ;
  • Adaptability, flexibility, perseverance, listening skills, sense of organization and thoroughness ;
  • Bilingual in French and English

  • Call with Claire, Talent Acquisition Manager (30 mn) ;
  • Call with Maja, Lead Talent (45 mn) ;
  • Case study ;
  • Test restitution with Céline, VP People & Maja and coffee fit with team.
