Job description

Thiga is seeking a Senior Event & Communication Manager for our rapidly growing marketing team.

Your objectives will be to :

- Plan, build and execute our offline and online event roadmap (La Product Conf, in-person Meetups in Thiga’s offices, webinars,...)

- Design and deliver bespoke events for our key accounts and clients

- Prepare and manage our event budget

- Deliver a tailored communications plan for each event in collaboration with your marketing teammates 

- Manage the communication for La Product Conf (100% in English) on social media and by newsletter

- Manage internal communications for our company events : T-Time, etc.

This job is for you if :

  • You have a minimum of 3 years' experience in events and project management
  • You have a high level of autonomy, organizational efficiency and are able to manage vendor & agency relations while processing incoming information and requests
  • You love taking initiative, suggesting new ideas and improvements 🚀
  • You look at the big picture, keeping in mind scalability and business goals
  • You are pro-active, organized, and rigorous
  • You are bilingual in English and French (speaking and writing)
  • Startup/Scale-up company experience is a plus
