Today, we are looking for a Product Manager to help the Salesforce Experience Product team to scale up the Sales and Operations of the company worldwide. This position is based in Paris.

The main missions of the team are to:

  • Drive Marketing, Sales and Customer Service processes improvements and automation
  • Improve tools provided to the internal teams to increase their productivity and well-being
  • Improve customer satisfaction and B2B/B2C experience through strategic projects (new products, VIP service optimization, Marketing automation, etc)

You will join an agile and dynamic team in a fast moving, “scale-up” environment to build the Marketing, Sales and Customer Service of the future. Reporting to the Senior Product Manager, you will take part in an international organization that values strong execution, sharing and growing together.

Missions

In this role, you will:

  •  Work closely with TheFork Sales Ops and strategy teams, Sales and Marketing, Customer Service and Operations, Data teams in Paris, Barcelona to contribute to projects: design Salesforce Marketing, Sales and Service processes, propose new Salesforce features to scale the platform, prepare roll-outs, ensure best practices sharing...
  • Work closely with the Salesforce technical team based in Nantes, and Talend tech team based in Paris in order to:
    • Define product specifications, user stories and manage product backlog priorities in collaboration with the product manager
    • Animate day-to day-sprints and participate to all Scrum meetings (StandUp, Review, Retrospective and Planning)
    • Manage testing sessions to ensure quality of the deliveries
  • Contribute to TheFork Strategic projects (e.g. new product and business units) and Salesforce product roadmap
  • Benchmark good practices, solutions (ex: sales tool, …) and provide technological watch
  • Contribute to organize workshops for needs collection, process evolution
  • Facilitate coordination with various stakeholders (local teams, Marketing, Sales Ops, Ops, Customer Support, Data Team…)
  • Proactively improve and challenge current internal processes to optimize and scale
  • Make sure of the operationality of the feedback loop through the definition of product KPIs and monitoring
  • Provide level 3 internal support on SalesForce Sales & Service Cloud

Requirements

  • Min. 2 years experience in project management/ product management (ideally in a mobile or web environment)
  • A first experience in a CRM tool (ideally with Salesforce Sales and Service Cloud, Pardot) is a plus
  • Msc/Bac+5 (engineering school, business degree, master)
  • Good English writing and speaking skills and Fluent French 
  • Knowledge of agile projects management, Scrum techniques and the spirit of agile tools (ie. JIRA)
  • Ability to translate business requirements into functional specifications
  • Team player, passionate, open minded with a touch of humor
