We’re growing rapidly and looking for a talented bookkeeper

Taster is seeking a highly motivated and ambitious bookkeeper to join the Paris office and grow with us. Reporting to the Finance Manager, you will be an integral part of the finance team, providing support to all territories.

What responsibilities we’re looking for in this role

• Invoice upload into Xero, including coding of invoices for all territories

• Maintain the Accounts Payable and Receivable ledgers, from timely payments, credit control to accurate payment allocation against invoices

• Key suppliers reconciliations and follow up

• Bank payments set up, reconciliation and cash reporting

• Manage and process expenses

• Other journal entries such as revenue generated via delivery platforms

• Support the wider team on licensee invoicing

What qualifications we are looking for in this role

• Attention to detail

• Fluent in French / Fluent English
  

• Basic understanding of accounting knowledge

• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel / Google Sheets

• Experience of Xero would be advantageous but not essential
