What you’ll do

• Contact inbound prospects in accordance with planned goals.
• Pay attention to engagement time to contact prospects in the shortest possible time.
• Leverage SumUp Caisse tools to capture qualification information in a standardized manner and maintain high data quality.
• Promote the SumUp Caisse ecosystem and address potential objections to strengthen future customer engagement.
• Convert as many qualification calls as possible into appointments for Account Executives, in line with SumUp Caisse objectives
• Reactivate leads as appropriate.

Skills required

• Strong telephone presence and experience
• Willingness to excel
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Good listening and presentation skills
• Ability to multi-task, prioritize and manage time effectively.
• Self-starter, highly motivated, goal-oriented, fearless, ambitious, team player.
• Previous experience in the FnB (food and beverage) industry is an asset.
• Data is the key to making the right decisions
• Fluent in French C1 ou plus
