What you’ll do:

• Create & lead projects impacting our global sales performance end-to-end to improve sales and marketing teams ROI
• Identify growth levers through advanced analysis and establish strategic recommendations for top management
• Drive the KPI, capacity, and performance reporting processes and ensure consumption and correct interpretation of the data and trends in reports and dashboards
• Efficiently create ad-hoc reports as needed for the team
• Assist in the implementation and optimisation of our tools and processes
• Ensure constant flow of input to the data analytics team - provide feedback on dashboards being developed, share insights from work with various stakeholders, support with answering data usage/dashboard engagement questions

You’ll be great for this role if:

• You are an experienced analyst or strategy consultant
• You have experience of working with executive and senior management
• You have successfully delivered tasks in a prioritised, timely manner and to high standards
• You are an Excel whizz - experience with Tableau or equivalent, SQL is a big plus
• You have experience with operational tools and business systems such as Stripe, Google Analytics, Facebook Ads, Salesforce
• You have experience of working in a scale-up environment
• You are proactive, organised, focused, and can ruthlessly prioritise with a strong sense of accountability and ownership
