As a KYC analyst, you will join the growing banking team and have the possibility to participate in building a team that is evolving very quickly.

The KYC analyst at Spendesk will be in charge of handling all the KYC operations throughout the client's lifecycle at Spendesk, from the opening of the account to its closing, working closely with revenue teams to ensure that we bring the best service to our customers, while keeping up with our regulatory requirements.

What you will do:

  • Participate in the smooth running of KYC operations on our back-office : account opening procedure, periodic reviews, transaction monitoring, account closing.
  • Support the customer in their KYC operations to ensure best-in-class customer experience : get in touch with them to request additional information, provide them with guidance on the process.
  • Make sure that we are compliant with the regulation and respect the processes put in place.
  • Work with the compliance on risky cases.
  • Collaborate with other teams from Banking & the rest of the organisation to build our new tools and create / improve the procedures in place.
  • Your Competency Profile:

  • You already have some knowledge of KYC operations or banking operations.
  • You have the capacity to follow operational procedures, step by step.
  • You have good communication skills to ensure best-in-class customer interaction.
  • You are very organized : you can handle a lot of tasks everyday & keep track of all of them.
  • You are a team-player, ready to collaborate with your other teammates and help them solve issues they might face.
  • Fluency in written and spoken English, French is a bonus.
  • As we are an international team, please submit your application and CV in English.
