Who are they?

SkyVisor is a tech startup that provides software solutions to operators of renewable energy production plants such as wind turbines and solar panels.
Founded in 2018, SkyVisor enables its customers to digitalize and optimize the maintenance of energy infrastructures in order to democratize predictive maintenance.
Thanks to its solutions, which are based on disruptive technologies such as autonomous drones and machine learning. SkyVisor has quickly become a key player in wind turbine inspection in western Europe and recently opened the North American market.
The company is now looking to accelerate its international growth, develop new digitalization solutions and increase its technological lead.

Job description

As part of its international growth and the release of new products, SkyVisor is looking for a junior international business developer.

Your main mission will be to participate in the commercial development of our digital products in Europe and overseas and promote our solutions.

  • You have had experience in B2B sales?
  • You have a strong interest in new technologies?
  • You would like to contribute to the development of renewable energies by reducing their operating costs?
  • You like evolving in an international environment?
  • You want to be part of a highly dynamic and close-knit team, and take over high responsibility within your projects?

Missions

Reporting directly to the CEO and working under the supervision of our sales manager, you will participate in developing our commercial activities abroad (Germany, Spain, UK, Northern Europe, …).
Your missions will be diverse and evolving to take responsibility for the commercial development of SkyVisor in key countries:

  • Identify and introduce our solutions to new customer accounts
  • Identify new business opportunities in the wind and solar sectors in Europe and overseas.
  • Grow the sales pipeline and manage customers throughout the sales cycle
  • Participate in the company’s marketing and communication strategy
  • Go on customers’ sites to show them and train them in the use of SkyVisor drone technology.
  • Go abroad to represent our company at international trade fairs such as WindEurope, Intersolar, BladesEurope, …
  • Contribute to the improvement of our product line

Work environment

  • Dynamic and friendly team located in Paris and Rennes
  • Several days per month on-site with customers to inspect their machines by drones.
  • Be involved in the design of our innovative digital products in a fast-growing company
  • Take over high responsibilities with your tasks and be an indispensable team member

Preferred experience

  • Fluent in English (German or Spanish is also highly appreciated).
  • Master of science in engineering or business
  • At least one experience as Business Developer in B2B SaaS
  • Understand the global sales cycle - lead and deals pipelines
  • Pro-active and dynamic person who likes challenges
  • An organized and professional task-orientated approach
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with good interpersonal skills and ability to listen to customers’ needs
  • Knowledge about the renewable energy sector is a plus
