Qui sont-ils ?

Silvr, the only French fintech company that finances the growth of digital companies.

Founded in March 2020 by two serial entrepreneurs Nima Karimi and Grégory Tappero. Silvr is the first company in France to finance online businesses that generally do not have access to bank credit and that are looking for alternatives to equity fundraising, a very long and selective process and costly in capital.

Silvr offers a new model called Revenue Based Financing (RBF), popularized in North America, that relies on company data for the granting of financing.
This RBF allows the entrepreneurs to finance their activity quickly, to keep 100% of their capital and to reimburse according to their turnover:

  • E-merchants, Silvr finances their media acquisition campaigns and stock. They pay them back later based on their turnover.
  • SaaS, Silvr transforms their recuring revenu into immediate cash flow.

We extend flexible financing (aka Revenue Based Financing) to digital entrepreneurs based on proprietary data analysis.

What we need…

The Investment Analyst team at Silvr works to help entrepreneurs fulfill their ambitions by giving them access to financing. You’ll lead and coach high-performing individuals, helping them deliver on ambitious targets, as well as roll up your sleeves to work directly with prospective Silvr customers.

We are looking for a self-starting leader who has demonstrated success dealing with ambiguity, operating in a high-growth environment, and solving complicated problems with limited oversight. Ideal candidates will have management and leadership experience scaling a technology sales team, superior communication skills, and a knack for understanding unique customer needs.

What you will do…

  • Recruit, train and lead a team of Investment analysts
  • Build new processes and sales plays for a growing business
  • Develop both the long-term vision and strategy for the team and manage day-to-day operations
  • Be accountable for increasing revenue via top notch operational practices
  • Coach, mentor and guide the team in developing consultative and solution-based sales skills
  • Effectively work cross-functionally across the organization to shape Silvr’s solutions to meet client needs
  • Inspire, motivate and enable individual development to promote career growth of direct reports

Profil recherché

What you have…

  • 5+ years of technology sales experience with 3+ years of sales leadership experience
  • Experience leading sales, new business and operations in an early stage, high-growth technology environment
  • Ability to hire, train and coach a high-performance sales team
  • Ability to build relationships with strategic client and industry thought leaders
  • Demonstrated passion for Silvr’s mission
  • Ability to clearly communicate and build great relationships with C-level executives

Nice to have:

  • Prior experience at a growth stage Internet/software company
  • Prior experience in sales, partnerships and/or business development
