The team of Global Mobility Specialists is looking for a colleague to assist and support them with administrative tasks.

While we embrace flexible working arrangements, we kindly ask that the new team member joins us in the office for their first month. This will ensure a smooth onboarding experience and provide the best possible start to your journey with us. During this initial period, you'll have the opportunity to work closely with experienced colleagues, participate in hands-on training sessions, and become familiar with our tools and processes in person.

Your role involves:

  • Generating and maintaining regular reports related to travel, allowances, and other relevant data
  • Analyzing and interpreting data
  • Calculating and administering various types of allowances for travelers, taking into account relevant policies and guidelines
  • Collaborating with stakeholders to understand specific needs and requirements for allowance calculations
  • Staying informed about changes in legislation and industry standards that may impact allowance calculations
  • Calculating and ensuring compliance with local minimum wage laws for assignees
  • Ensuring timely and accurate signature collection
  • Maintaining organized and secure records of all collected signatures
  • Collecting necessary documents related to assignments

It would be great if you:

  • Have an educational background in business administration or a related field
  • Can use English at a business level
  • Are willing to learn and open-minded
  • Have excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Possess strong analytical skills with attention to detail
