Main Tasks Design and specification of solutions for industrial networks based on industrial Ethernet and industrial wireless networks (WLAN) & 5G network Consulting for WLAN and industrial network configurations based on SIEMENS products Wireless Network consulting for industry, energy, transportation Optimization of existing WLAN installation and implementations of improvements Execution of WLAN surveys at customer’s premises and industrial WLAN planning Development, maintenance, and execution of network worldwide trainings and workshops Configuration of WLAN components, integration and test of WLAN solutions Creation of test procedures for WLAN installations and trouble shooting Preparation of quotes for network services (clarification/admenment of demands, defining the scope of services with customers) Creation of network documentation and service reports Required Knowledge and Skills University degree in (tele-) communication or IT engineering Experience with network implementation and configuration Preferably 3–5 year experience as network engineer/consultant, preferably for WLAN Experience with Ethernet, PROFINET, wireless technology and remote access solutions Proven ability to build trusting relationships with sales and customers Knowledge of industrial network implementation in the automotive industry is an advantage Strong communication and presentation skills fluently in English Strong client focus Willingness to travel (up to 50%) We Offer Interesting and diversified challenges 5 weeks of vacation, flexible working hours, home office and company nursery school in Prague Individual budget of 48,000 CZK which you can turn into a combination of up to 8 days of extra holidays, cafeteria points or pension and/or life insurance Electronic meal vouchers Work phone and computer Variety of training programs and language courses Possibility to become a Siemens shareholder and get free stocks Various discounts and offers Organization: Digital Industries Company: Siemens, s.r.o.
