At our Siemens Advanta R&D Center we are focused on a product development including software development, hardware development, mechanical design and testing for the next generation concept of Industry 4.0.

We would like to invite you to cooperate on the development of industrial automation products. We focus on complete product development and integration across the entire control system. We develop PLCs, fieldbus communication modules, I / O units and intelligent sensors. We participate in the creation of product specifications and create our own architecture and frameworks. All this in cooperation with developers on an international project.

Your task will be:

• manage nightly builds and tests
• maintain Jenkins based continues integration process
• audit artifacts
• propose and implement improvements of the system
• ensure completeness and correctness of release notes
• cooperate closely with the development team and test team

What we will appreciate from you:

• Computer Science or Engineering degree, or a related technical discipline, or equivalent work experience
• it’s not the years that count, it’s what you do with them, but we guess you’d likely have at least 1-2 years of continuous integration or continuous delivery praxis
• Jenkins experience
• version control system working experience; SVN is advantage
• Ant and Visual Basic scripting experience
