WHAT YOU’LL DO:
• Be the single point of contact for all operational matters of Shopmium’s eCommerce Cashback (ECC) platform for France and the UK
• Add, update, remove and maintain all eCommerce Cashback offers appearing in the Shopmium Mobile App
• Lead the engagement with our third-party partners in Europe
• Make sure all the internal processes and systems are fully operational and fully integrated with third-party providers at all times
• Identify and address platform improvements and issues with the product team and external stakeholders
• Support the sales team in generating new retailer partners – advise on best practices, pricing and setup models
• Work closely with the marketing team in order to further boost the ECC campaigns performance and to ensure appropriate Shopmium’s branding across all ECC offers
• Own the ECC revenue delivery including forecasting and reporting
• Actively look for opportunities to further boost the revenue including identifying new revenue streams and ways of accelerating the revenue flow
• Track and review the KPI’s for the ECC project – provide weekly and monthly process metrics

WHAT YOU’LL BRING
• 3 - 5 Years of Experience
• Bachelor’s Degree preferred
• Previous experience in eCommerce nice to have
• Strong communication skills, both written and verbal
• Proficient in Microsoft Office, with good knowledge in Excel and/or G Suit and Google Sheets
• Ability to multi-task, prioritize, and meet timelines on deliverables
• Self-starter, sense of urgency, and works well under pressure
• Strong attention to detail
• Sense of professionalism and ability to develop relationships
