Reports to the EMEA Talent Engagement Manager

MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES
Assist the Talent Engagement Manager to
o Deploy the new onboarding program in the region. For the regional headquarter, ensure the good organization of the program (speakers, presentations, venue, lunch). For the EMEA countries, work on the deployment kit and tools (presentations, welcome book,…)
o Manage new joiners gifts : define the content, products orders, stock follow-up
o Contribute to the Engagement Survey results analysis and to the definition of actions plan workshops within all the countries and Directions
o Contribute to create dedicated and innovative programs to develop our talents
o Contribute to develop actions enabling to share internally & externally the Employee Value Proposition
o Work hand in hand with the internal communication to promote internally the service and its projects
o Manage the administrative part : purchase order creation, suppliers creations, invoice follow-up

PROFILE
o Graduate with a relevant business degree
o Good understanding of business and organizations
o Good presentation, communication and writing skills
o Resourceful and humble with a positive, creative and achiever mindset
o Ability to face changes
o Good knowledge of Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint
o Fluent in English
o International background
