Job Summary

Reporting solid line to the Head of ERP & Corporate functions for CHC, this position is a Senior Digital leadership role with accountability to define Lean strategy, roadmap and lead process improvement initiatives to streamline, standardize, and eliminate waste from different business area.

As a member of the Global ERP and Corporate Functions team, he/she will partner closely with the CHC Business teams to ensure that we are clearly identifying the highest impact projects, and applying Lean and Standard Work methodologies to define tomorrow’s vision and roadmap.

The position will require close collaboration with the wider Sanofi and CHC global digital organization. 

This position will require strong leadership, motivational and collaborative skills. He/She will need to have good communications and interpersonal skills to convey complex information in a clear and concise manner to all stakeholders while acting as main Lean / Process Improvement leader before our business organization.

Key Accountabilities (included but not limited)

  • Support the overall CHC transformation journey
  • Create the Lean vision and implement a Lean strategy to reduce waste and lead time in a transactional environment
  • Tracks comprehensive metrics to evaluate the effectiveness and efficiency of how well our Digital operations and solutions deliver value to the business
  • Understand business roadmap for the various processes, ability to challenge, identify Kaizen opportunities and translate them into short term action plans and sustainable long term solutions
  • Develop value stream maps and process swim-lane charts to identify process improvement opportunities and make improvements through practical problem-solving (5 Whys, Fishbone, Visual Management, …)
  • Establish and drive a Gemba walk methodology that drives cross-functional problem- solving.
  • Lead the preparation and delivery of Lean performance management initiatives and reviews with the business and digital leadership team.
  • Coach, train and mentor leadership and teams on the fundamentals and principles of Lean Management methods.
  • Establish a change acceleration framework and embed it within the process improvement initiatives

Required knowledge and/or experience

  • 5 years of experience in practical problem-solving methodology.
  • 5 years of experience leading Lean workshops or other strategic cross-functional Lean improvement activities.
  • Strong (Lean) performance management skills – Daily/weekly/monthly operating reviews, KPI development & management.
  • Strong experience in the application of key Lean principles – JIT, 5S, Jidoka, Standardization, Muda removal (8 wastes), continuous process flow, pull, heijunka, visual control, respect for people.
  • Strong communications and presentation skills – Meeting leadership, Microsoft PowerPoint and Teams.
  • Demonstrated conflict resolution & problem-solving skills in a global environment
