Remote work
Half of them is working remotely across the Czech Republic, Europe, UK to APAC region. They don’t have the luxury of bumping into one another in the office, chat by the coffee machine or have a lunch in the shared kitchen. Therefore, they have to make an effort to create opportunities for those intentional connections.

- Donut chats is a Slack bot that connects them with someone else from the company for a 30-minute chat. It is a great way how to meet someone they may have not had a chance to meet yet, or catch up with someone they have not spoken to in a long time. These chats are scheduled every 2 weeks.

- Communities. Slack is not only about work, it’s also where they share fun discussions with those witth similar passions.
Flexibility
They don’t follow any strict working hours - some people work early in the mornings and others prefer working until late at night. This allows everyone to work during the times they are most productive and that suit to them. Need to run an errand during the day? Do a school run, attend your child’s sports fixture, go to the dentist, or just enjoy some sunshine? No problem at all. In return, they trust that you will attend the meetings you are invited to and finish the tasks that need to be done.
In-person meetings
They tend to hold team in-person meetings from time to time. They usually take place in Brno, Czech Republic and are great opportunities for bigger (such as the whole R&D) or smaller teams to meet in person and work together. At this moment, these meetings happen irregularly and as needed.
