We are looking for an outstanding New Business Development Representative. We are looking for a fluent German speaker who will be based in Brno.
We’re a team of entrepreneur-minded professionals and we represent over 20 countries by home base, nationality or other origins. Most of us are working from home or our Brno HQ in the Czech Republic and our skills have convinced companies like Schwartz IT, German Aerospace Center (DLR), Amadeus, MSD and many other big players to choose our award-winning solution to protect their data centres.
As an outstanding New Business Development Representative, you will be a part of a growing start-up developing smart IT solutions.
We’re looking for a high-performing New Business Development Representative to join our team, to continue developing the DACH Market and help bring the business to another level. You will be responsible for lead hunting new business at mid-market to enterprise level, working cold and warm leads, as well as qualifying these potential new clients to push through to the Account Executives.
As well as this you will be responsible for maximising our sales potential in the market, crafting sales plans working for the Sales Management.
Key Responsibilities
Generate new opportunities through your existing connections, cold engagement and through warm leads generated by ongoing marketing activities.
Identify new market opportunities and help with shaping targeted go-to-market approach
Work closely with our sales partners and continue to build a strong pipeline of opportunities
Build and promote strong, long-lasting customer relationships by partnering with them and understanding their needs.
Pass on full qualified prospective leads to the channel partners
Pass new and qualified leads to the Account Executives in the region
Preferred experience
Successful previous experience as a Business Development Sales Representative
A demonstrated background in either Software Cloud Solutions or Security Solution Business Development
Proven ability to drive a cold or warm sales process with potential new logos
Strong business sense and IT B2B industry expertise within the DACH Market
Team player with the ability to act independently
Committed to continuous education through workshops, seminars and conferences
