Passionné d'informatique et de réseaux télécom depuis le lycée, Jean-Samuel a créé sa première entreprise en parallèle de ses deux dernières années d'étude à ESCP Europe et à l'Asian Institute of Technology. Cette première entreprise ne connaîtra pas le succès espéré et sera fermée en 2004.

Dès l'année suivante, en 2005, Jean-Samuel apprend de ses erreur et lance alors, non plus tout seul mais en équipe avec son associé Renaud, sa nouvelle entreprise qui deviendra le tout premier opérateur télécom indépendant ayant réussit à s'interconnecter à l'opérateur historique en utilisant des logiciels libres.

Dès 2006, Jean-Samuel développe la première version de son service permettant, avec quelques centaines de lignes de code seulement, de téléphoner partout dans le monde, sans téléphone et sans logiciel à installer, juste depuis un navigateur web.

Plein d'enthousiasme, parfois même un peu rêveur, Jean-Samuel aime trouver et mettre en œuvre des solutions techniques astucieuses. Pour innover et pour pouvoir faire beaucoup avec peu, Jean-Samuel n'hésite pas à explorer ce que personne n'a jamais été essayé. Et ça marche !

Aujourd'hui, toujours aussi passionné et plus motivé que jamais, Jean-Samuel dirige Ringover Group avec son associé Renaud CHARVET dans le but de faire de Ringover le leader européen des solutions de communication Cloud.

I have worked in the cosmetics and luxury sector as well as the public, NGO sector. I joined Ringover in October 2020 as a Recruiter for the International markets. I wanted to work in a fast-paced environment and especially in a global atmosphere. I love that I am constantly learning with my team and I can bring forth a lot of other projects and initiatives. Human Resources is very diverse and I feel that I am growing each day at Ringover to make candidates and employees feel that they have a great experience. :)"

Born and raised in Los Angeles, California, Ryan has been working in sales roles his entire career. Having started his sales experience working for Yelp in San Francisco, Ryan has held sales positions in different sectors covering 3 continents. He has worked as a Sales Executive for a rock and rolll radio station, was a Key Account Manager for one of the largest skateboard brands in the US and even worked a Business Developer for an OTA specializing in extreme sports. He brings his sales experience and love of board sports to Ringover. Always positive and with the ability to speak to everyone it would be hard to miss him in the Paris HQ.

Passionnée par l'entreprenariat et la transformation digitale, Johanna a rejoint Ringover fin 2019. Avec plus de 10 ans d'expérience en tant que commerciale et manager dans le domaine bancaire en Colombie, Johanna a décidé de relever un nouveau défi en devant Business Developer dans une start-up française. Devenue Country Manager du pôle hispanophone et avec le soutien d'une équipe de 5 personnes, Johanna aime travailler en synergie avec toute l'équipe Ringover et partager avec eux les moments de détente après le travail. La danse est son hobby, elle adore notamment la salsa.

Ludovic est passionné par l'infrastructure et les télécoms. Ingénieur diplômé de l‘ESIEA, il fait ses armes en sécurité réseaux au Ministère de la Défense. Il rejoint Jean-Samuel et Renaud en 2011 pour développer des solutions innovantes destinées aux entreprises. Il devient rapidement directeur technique d’une équipe d'une dizaine de personnes.

En 2013 il crée un POC de softphone web simple et intuitif grâce à la technologie WebRTC. RingOver est né. Ludovic est la pierre angulaire du projet. Ce qui l’anime c’est d’être à la pointe de la technologie pour anticiper les besoins du marché et ravir nos clients.

Passionate about innovation, new projects and adventure, Quentin first worked in Sport Business for 5 years. As a precursor to the creation and development of FootGolf in France and Western Europe, he has organised more than 180 events, including some great references such as the World Cup in Marrakech (2018) and the Euro (2017). He then joined Ringover in October 2020 as Channel Marketing Manager to activate a number of levers in order to build, recruit and animate a network of Partners on the French, English and Spanish markets, in direct collaboration with a team of 10 Channel Managers. Dynamic, enthusiastic, and a bit of a dreamer, Quentin has been able to perfectly immerse himself in the positive atmosphere within Ringover to surpass himself day after day in order to succeed together with our partners.

Graduated from SKEMA business school and initially specialised in the luxury sector, Pauline was keen to join a company that publishes SAAS software, a forerunner in its market and in full growth. Passionate about human exchanges and communication, she manages a team of 18 sales representatives at Ringover, both in the provinces and at headquarters. According to her, "only the consumer should be at the centre of our concerns and all our commercial actions should come from the field”
