At Request Finance, you will be working on enhancing the platform used by over 2,000 Web 3.0 companies like AAVE, The Sandbox, and Maker to manage their B2B crypto payments. Managing crypto payments is an administrative nightmare for businesses.

Our app solves that with thoughtful features like a dashboard showing all your invoices and their on-chain payment statuses, paying hundreds of invoices to different wallets in a few clicks, scheduling recurring invoices, and more. 

Join the Request Finance product team and help us make web3 payments great by supporting users while Europe is asleep and improving the product quality. Also, participate in third-party integrations through documentation and developer support.

YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES

- Bug process management, troubleshooting and bug fixing

- Help the team prioritize bugs with impact quantification

- Support tooling for business and product team, other internal tools

- Answer directly to users to qualify bugs and tech-related issues

- Identify incidents, optional: coordinate incident response teams

- Follow-up on the Request Finance REST API integrations by partners

- Developer documentation reviews and updates

YOUR QUALIFICATIONS

- You are ambitious, you want to contribute to a great product, and you are a good team player

- Some programming experience, Javascript or Typescript, React, and NodeJs preferred

- Knowledge and experience with MongoDB, GCP, CloudFlare, and Auth0.

- Some web3 basics (blockchain explorers, swaps, bridges, etc.)

- Make users satisfied, informed and involved (bonus: identify opportunities)

- Favor quick-wins but know the limits (security, stability, maintainability)

- Easy going, you can get or give clear statuses to product teams and users

- Located in the US timezone

- Ideally, fluent in English + another language
