REED EXHIBITIONS ISG France & Benelux

Raphaele grew up in Lyon and has a strong sales background. She graduated from the Lyon University where she studied international business and spent one year in Frankfurt am Main (Erasmus program in Germany). She then joined the Audencia Business School in Nantes, and partially studied at the Georgia State University in Atlanta. Raphaele spent most of her career working in an international environment. She worked for Reed Exhibitions from 2004 to 2007 as Sales Manager for the optical and jewelry industry in Paris and then had the opportunity to move back to Lyon where she spent time raising her two daughters. Back to Paris in 2011, she naturally got back to Reed Exhibitions ISG as Key Account for the cosmetic sector and contributed to the success of the portfolio. She then moved to Sales Director role in 2016 and she is heading the Reed ISG France office since 2018. Raphaele’s career development is an example that Reed Exhibitions ISG cares about talents and have true progression plans for their employees to grow within the Reed Exhibitions’ Group.

Aalima calls herself a World Citizen! Born and raised in The Netherlands, studied in the US, worked for an orphanage in India and finally came to France almost 5 years ago to settle down. Before joining Reed, Aalima worked for the Dutch government in different roles. From working in an electoral office and organizing different elections, to legal assistant for the markets in The Hague to communication advisor taking on projects to merge departments and inform the habitants of the city of The Hague. In 2016, Aalima took the challenge to dive in the world of sales. She started as a business developer, grew the Benelux market extensively, and slowly took the role of key account manager for two of our offices’ biggest and exciting events in the Aerospace and Fitness industry

Driven by the wonders of the world, Bryan decided very early that he was up to an international career!  After several degrees in international trade and a 6-month internship in Hong Kong, he graduated with a Master’s degree in International Project Management from La Sorbonne. He started his career at Lactalis International, in the export department for over a year and half, and then he joined Reed Exhibitions ISG as an Emerging Market Specialist. Today, he is in charge of the aerospace and security portfolio. He acts as a consultant and guides companies, from France & Benelux, wishing to successfully develop their business abroad through key B2B events.

The International Sales Group operates within Reed Exhibitions, and is a unique global network of sales professionals providing export opportunities with their portfolio of international shows: 500 events across 30 countries and over 40 different industries!

As local market experts, they are the trusted partners for companies looking to grow their business on a global scale. This network of 200 staff are spread out across 12 worldwide ISG teams. ISG France & Benelux are a (super!) team of 20 people, helping French, Belgian and Dutch businesses boost their international sales.
