We are looking for an addition to our agile team which is based in Vienna at Raiffeisen Bank International. The role will be working remotely out from our GPS center in Prague. The GPS center is a unique competence centre for implementation and management of HR systems of Raiffeisenbank International Group, which supports Central and Eastern European countries from Prague.
We are looking forward to someone who has HR knowledge, user-based knowledge of SAP Success Factors (Employee Central), thinks analytically and communicates fluently in English. The role acts also as first level support for our HR-Generalist-Team.
If you have a desire to work at the interface between IT and HR and doing maintainance of employee data and organisational data, we are looking for you.

What will you be focusing on with us?

  • First level SAP Success Factors support for internal customers in the HR Division in organizational, functional and technical topics
  • Structured requirements elicitation and documentation, implementation and support of the test and migration phase (e.g. establishing of new legal entities, implementations of big re-organizations)
  • Support of end-to-end data administration, review and correction of data accuracy and quality accross HR systems
  • Provide re-training to the HR team members to avoid repeated errors in the established process
  • Support of HR Business Partners with data collection, data quality review and implementation of small/medium/large reorganizations via data loads or mass change tools
  • Support in the operation of the newly released features
  • Support with the SuccessFactors Release Cycle activities (i.e. regression testing) for Employee Central, EC Payroll, Platform, and other SFSF modules.
  • Responsibility for regular test system refresh scheduling and post-refresh clean-up activities

The position suits you if:

  • You have completed a college or university degree in technical or business studies.

  • You possess 2-3 years of relevant professional experience, ideally in the financial services industry or with IT providers, specifically in data maintenance within SAP SuccessFactors:

    Mandatory: User-based knowledge of Employee Central, including data maintenance and data loads.
    Optional: Familiarity with Recruiting & Onboarding, and Time & Attendance modules.

  • You have strong proficiency in Microsoft Excel.

  • You bring professional expertise in the HR field.

  • You exhibit an "Agile mindset," with knowledge and practical experience in agile methodologies being an advantage.

  • You have experience in HR support, including user assistance and ensuring smooth business operations.

  • You demonstrate customer orientation, along with excellent communication skills in English; proficiency in German is a plus.

  • You are a strong team player, with a results-oriented and structured approach to your work.

  • You possess a proactive personality and a strong focus on solutions.
