Remote policy

We support a hybrid working policy, with three work-from-home days and two in-person days per week. We also give employees the opportunity to work fully remote for one month per year.

This flexibility is managed by each team, with some positions even being fully remote within Europe.

We encourage daily communication via Slack and make sure that any meetings cater to hybrid workers. In addition to company-wide monthly meetings which can be virtual, we hold quarterly in-person celebrations in Brussels and occasional team-building events.

Our private WeWork office space is located in the heart of the Brussels European District. A lively area of international professionals, it’s easily accessible by public transport – which is covered for all employees. As part of our mobility plan, we also give people the option to lease an electric bike or company car.

Located on the top two floors, our office has an open floor plan with extra computer screens, dedicated meeting rooms, relaxing common areas and a large terrace overlooking the area. As part of the global WeWork community, we enjoy all the associated amenities such as free coffee, snacks, fitness classes, networking events and flowing beer taps with local Belgian brews.
