We are building state-of-the-art connected medical devices that combine sensors, embedded firmware, and mobile apps. To keep innovating, we need a Firmware Engineer capable of designing and implementing robust embedded code, ensuring product reliability, and bridging the gap between hardware and software. You will be directly involved in the development of next-generation femtech devices used by tens of thousands of women worldwide.

What You Will Be Doing

• Embedded Software Development: Define, architect, and implement embedded code for our IoT medical devices.

• Low-Level Engineering: Work on sensor integration, power consumption optimization, and real-time control of hardware components.

• Application-Level Interfaces: Implement communication layers with servers and mobile applications (BLE, UART, USB, etc.).

• Signal Processing Algorithms: Implement embedded algorithms for real-time data processing.

• Testing & Documentation: Develop unit tests, functional tests, and maintain proper documentation of your code.

• Factory Test Benches: Design and develop factory test benches based on Arduino, Raspberry Pi, or similar platforms.

🎓 Engineering degree with at least 3 years of professional experience in IoT product development.

🛠 Passion for new technologies – you love tinkering with 3D printers, hardware prototypes, and reverse engineering devices.

🖥 Proficiency in C, C++ and Python.

📚 Comfortable discussing women’s health topics and curious to learn more about female health.

🇬🇧 Fluent in French and English, with strong written and spoken communication skills.

• You have hands-on experience with Nordic nRF52 microcontrollers.

• You have already developed connected products at large scale production.

• You have prior experience in a MedTech or regulated healthcare environment.
