Job description

Payplug is the French payment solution for merchants, e-merchants of all sizes and fintechs. With our cutting-edge technology platform, our dedicated conversion tools and our unique mastery of the payment chain, we invite you to aim for the best and more. The Head of Partnerships is primarily responsible for designing and executing partnership programs and nurturing partnerships to ensure a win-win scenario for Enterprises BU and our partners. This is a strategic role that creates partnership opportunities within PSPs, ISOs and gateways, payment orchestration platforms and PF models. Builds partnership pipeline and grows revenue channels. This role reports directly to Director of Sales and partnership.

Responsibilities


  • Build, execute and manage Enterprises BU partner and channel sales strategy to obtain strategic partnerships to achieve revenue goals;
  • Help Sales with Direct sales to large enterprise merchants coming through partnerships;
  • Monitor partner business results to ensure that contractual obligations and monetization goals are met for Dalenys, partners and merchants;
  • Convert qualified leads within your territory developed through various marketing initiatives;
  • Work closely with internal key stakeholders (international sales, business development, product and marketing) to prioritize partner and sales efforts and coordinate for partnership and merchant onboarding, (training) and support;
  • Collaborate with partners to identify and develop new areas of opportunities for strategic growth to support each other’s business goals;
  • Lead partnership & merchant sales process including delivery of presentations and demonstration;
  • Provide feedback of partners to internal stakeholders;
  • Attend industry conferences;
  • Creating and refining processes to monitor performance and support the team in sales cycle;
  • Other related duties as required;

Requirements

  • Demonstrated partnership sales experience in B2B in Payments, SaaS software, and channel sales;
  • Proven track record of partnerships solution-selling, account-planning, proposal creation and closing skills;
  • Demonstrated success creating winning RFP responses;
  • Excellent online and in-person presentation and negotiation skills;
  • Relationship builder with exceptional written and verbal communication skills;
  • Strong work ethic, ability to work in a self-directed fast-paced and team-oriented environment;
  • High proficiency with Customer Relationship Management software (CRM) and online presentation tools;
  • Positive and can-do attitude.
