As our in-house Content & Communications Manager your mission will be to develop our awareness and contribute to our growth in France and Europe. You will be the voice of PayLead and execute our content & social media strategy across multiple channels. You are passionate about creating and coordinating production of written, visual, social, and engaging content, and are willing to do so in destination of both Banking / Payment and Retail decision makers.

Požadavky na pozici

ROLE & RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Define together with COMEX our Communication & Content strategy
  • Drive content marketing execution & workflow end to end and be accountable for its delivery
  • Use various expertise in the company to ensure the technical superiority of our content and make PayLead always on into social media
  • Be the owner of our brand across all our communications channels: PR, events, blog, emails, website, awareness partnerships, etc.
  • Lead all communication & marketing initiatives
  • Identify and create content for SEO/other opportunities
  • Report and measure performance in order to optimize future content, strategy and investments
  • Work closely with agencies and freelancers

SKILLS & EXPERIENCE

  • BA / BS in English or Marketing/Journalism
  • Fluent English
  • Excellent understanding of marketing trends (in the Retail / Banking / Data industry is strongly appreciated)
  • Strong interest in the startup scene and emerging fintech trends
  • Understanding of content marketing and it’s relationship to SEO, Social Media & PR
  • Experienced writer of many content formats, with proven trackrecords
  • Creative thinker, as well as good strategist who picks up the right point of view
  • Strong organisational & coordination skills to ensure content execution from creation down to distribution
  • Strong project management skills, including the ability to prioritize and manage multiple projects simultaneously, and to work with multiple teams (internaly, with agencies and freelancers)
  • Clear written and verbal communication skills
  • You have 3 to 5 years relevant experience in marketing roles
  • With at least 2 years work experience in a similar role
