Job description


Reporting to the Talent Acquisition Manager , you will be our Talent Acquisition Specialist.

1 - Recruit and build a team of A-Players, superstars in their fields

  • Design and manage recruitment and selection processes (resume screening, screening calls, interviews etc.)
  • Review employment applications and background check reports
  • Conduct sourcing activities in order to fill open positions
  • Research and assist managers in choosing the most appropriate processes and implementing the appropriate strategies (sources of distribution, interviews, remuneration, onboarding, etc.)
  • Participate in the creation of employment contracts
  • Manage the new joiner’s onboarding period alongside their manager

2-  KPI’s monitoring to show the efficiency of our recruitment strategy & allowing for continuous improvement

  • Monitor your recruitment activity by defining the most appropriate performance indicators and taking the necessary corrective actions
  • Participate in the creation of relevant dashboards for the HR department with the help of the Talent Acquisition Manager.

3 - Create strong links with our candidates so that Paradox makes an impression.

  • Manage respective candidate pools to ensure qualified candidates remain engaged in current or future opportunities;
  • Build long-term relationships with past and potential candidates;

4- As a showcase for the company, participate in the growth & visibility of Paradox by networking

  • Identify the schools best suited to our recruitment needs, qualify them, meet them and establish lasting relationships.
  • Regularly distribute our job descriptions to these schools and set up innovative actions to optimize the relationship (events, company presentation, career fair, interview preparation, workshops, etc.)

Preferred experience


Must have :

  • 5 years of experience in startup or recruitment agencies
  • Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
  • English fluent / French is a plus
